Start an architecture governance team

Your first governance team

1. Create an account with Google, Microsoft or email. Complete mailbox verification if prompted.
2. Open Governance access and request Plus access if your plan is not active. A platform administrator reviews the request.
3. Open People & Access to create a team or accept an invitation. Members can use different email providers.
4. Appoint knowledge editors and publishers, then publish the guidance your projects need.
5. Create an architecture board and project through project and board administration. Assign people to each area explicitly.
6. As a project member, prepare the seven design sections and evidence. A project lead submits the frozen pack.
7. Assigned architects review the pack privately. A coordinator can release a clarification question to the project.

A plan, team membership and area assignment are separate checks. Team administrators do not automatically receive private-content access.

Current product and limits

The active product is Organisation Knowledge, Project Submissions and Architecture Review. The old drawing, whiteboard, model and workspace interfaces are retired. Their source files and stored records are retained; the current app does not expose those old flows.

Formal approval/rejection, private file uploads, organisation SSO and custom-role assignment are not available in this pilot. Submission does not grant approval or guarantee compliance.
