Review the submitted version
Open an assigned board from Architecture Review. Each case contains an immutable submission pack, its retained evidence and the exact guidance versions used by the project.
Keep discussion and project responses separate
Coordinators and Reviewers can add private notes. Observers can read. These notes remain in the board area and are never copied automatically into project responses or exports.
A Coordinator can write and release a separate clarification question to the project. The project lead can then open a clarification draft, explain the changes and submit a new pack. The earlier pack and discussion remain retained.
Coordinator status is not formal approval authority. The active pilot does not offer formal approval/rejection, conditional approval or independent recommendations yet. Do not treat a clarification or submission as approval.
