Prepare and submit a project design

Complete the seven sections, retain text evidence and freeze your design pack.

Build a reviewable design pack

Open your assigned project, then create or open its intake. Project Leads and Contributors can edit a draft; Viewers can read it. Only a Lead can submit.

Save your work section by section

Use the section navigation to move through business context, requirements, solution design, security/privacy/AI, operations, risks and readiness. Each section shows whether its text is saved and whether it meets the minimum length.

Save each section explicitly. Local unsaved changes are not included in a submission. The app warns before leaving with unsaved changes; this is not automatic draft backup.

Before submission

  • Complete and save every section with at least 20 characters. The minimum length checks completeness, not design quality.
  • Add at least one evidence item with a title and retained text. A reference URL alone is not retained evidence.
  • Select at least one current published organisation guidance version and save the references.
  • For a clarification resubmission, save a response of at least 20 characters explaining the changes.
  • Resolve every unsaved-change indicator, then confirm Submit frozen pack.

The server rechecks permissions, revision and publication currency. If another person has changed the draft, reload and reconcile your work before saving.

Submission freezes the saved sections, evidence and exact guidance versions. Architects receive that pack, not the project's working draft. Only separately released clarifications return to the project. Formal approval and private file uploads are not available yet.
