How does AI Fix Code apply changes?
AI Fix opens a review pane first. Apply to accept the suggested code, or discard to keep your current source.
Can I start with a blank board instead of a template?
Yes. Choose Blank Canvas in Xyreka Board to open an empty board with no template content.
Can Mermaid or PlantUML be inserted into the board?
Yes. Use More tools in the board and insert code-generated content directly into Xyreka Board.
Why is my capability model workspace read-only?
Your workspace role is VIEWER. Editors, admins, and owners can edit entities, relationships, and layout.
What blocks publish in governance workflow?
Publishing requires checks with zero errors, and only admin-level roles can transition to published.
What happens while Plus or Pro is pending approval?
Pending users keep Free entitlements until an admin approves the request.
Where do admins approve plan requests?
Admins can review requests in the plan requests screen under the admin area.
Why do I see OAuthAccountNotLinked during sign-in?
That account email already exists with a different sign-in method. Sign in using the original method, then link providers.
Do email and password accounts require verification?
Yes. Password accounts stay pending until the verification link is completed.
Which Visio formats are supported for import?
Use .vsdx or .vssx. Legacy .vsd/.vss files must be converted in Microsoft Visio first.
