One account. Your team. Explicit access to each working area.
Organisation access
Onboarding a team? An organisation administrator can request seats, invite colleagues and assign separate area roles through People & Access. A platform administrator activates the licence.
Governance pilot access
If your organisation is not licensed, an active Plus or Pro plan remains an individual pilot option. You do not need this when your organisation licence covers you. Access requests are reviewed by a Xyreka platform administrator.
From account to first review
- Sign in with Google, Microsoft or a verified email account.
- Create a team or accept a team invitation. Colleagues can use different email providers.
- Activate organisation access. Appoint knowledge publishers, set up a review board and assign project creators.
- Project creators open private projects and assign their teams. Publish guidance, complete the intake and submit a frozen pack.
A plan does not grant access to private content. Team administrators are not automatically publishers, project members or board reviewers.
