Why is my plan active but I cannot see a project or review?
A subscription alone grants no private content permissions. Ask a team administrator for an explicit assignment to that project or board. My Access lists your current assignments.

Can I find earlier architecture decisions?
Use Decision library to search organisation-published historical records by keywords, domain, outcome and date. Enable history for earlier or retired publications. Only explicitly published records are visible; private notes and legacy records are excluded. A precedent is context, not approval for another project.
Can the project see the board's internal discussion?
No. Internal notes remain in the assigned board area. A coordinator can release a separate clarification question to the project. Project responses and exports do not include internal board notes.
Does the pilot support formal approval or document uploads?
Not yet. The active product supports text evidence, frozen submissions, private discussion and released clarifications. Formal approval/rejection, private file uploads, assignable custom roles and organisation SSO are future work. Submission is not approval or a compliance guarantee.
