Governance access and plan requests

Plan access is not content permission

An active organisation licence covers its members without individual Plus subscriptions. In unlicensed organisations, an individual Plus or Pro plan remains a pilot option. Organisation suspension blocks content even for paid individuals. Neither route grants private project, board or knowledge-editor permissions.

Onboard an organisation

1. Open People & Access, create your organisation and request the number of seats you need.
2. A Xyreka platform administrator activates the licence. Your organisation administrator cannot self-approve it.
3. Invite colleagues in batches of up to 50. The owner counts as a seat; pending invitations reserve seats.
4. Appoint knowledge publishers and board members separately. Grant Project Creator to selected IT and Business members.
5. Project creators become leads of their new projects and can add existing organisation members to those projects.

The licence supports up to 500 seats in this pilot. Email acceptance by the provider does not guarantee delivery; check pending invitation status to retry or revoke. Everyone must explicitly accept their invitation, including existing users.

Request individual pilot access

1. Sign in and open Governance access.
2. Select Request Plus access if your plan is not already active or pending.
3. A Xyreka platform administrator reviews the request. Approval and timing are not guaranteed.
4. Refresh the access page to see whether your request is pending or your plan is active.

An individual plan request does not remove existing organisation coverage. Without organisation coverage or an active individual plan, content is unavailable. Check My Access for licences and assignments.

Profile fields and job titles do not grant a plan or a security role. Platform plan approval is not an architecture approval.
